Consultant - Service Design and Innovation

Engaged by JFS resort, a successful french hospitality company as an ongoing consultant from 2017, to help them develop their 5 Island resort concept, bringing experts on board as needed: Neoteny (Service Design and UX), NBBO (interior Design).

Starting with customer research and competition analysis:

Identifying the core audience, who they are, where they come from, their motivations, needs, wants, path to purchase, buying power, as well as existing options for them when they want to book a vacation.

We then came up with an interior and service design strategy, based on 4 pillars: Connect, Activate, Restore, Retreat - before we designed the mobile based digital ecosystem that would power the experience digitising:

The booking of all activities, the on-resort social connections, payment and connected home. We also came up with a content based platform turning the resort staff into community managers, enabling them to create and share daily personalised digital branded content (photos and videos) in order to drive micro advocacy on social networks.
