Telstra
In 2015, I was in charge to lead the redesigning and reopening of what is still today one of the largest and most connected retail space in Australia on 2 floors.
The ground floor is a fully immersive experiential space, designed to inspire and educate customers about the benefits of Telstra’s new families of products and networks (media, connected home, wearables, IoT). Consumers can play with all products, displayed by usage occasions and behaviours ecosystems (mobile, at home and on the go), through self guided, guided or masterclass experiences.
The top floor, is dedicated to customer consultations, with the ability for the customers to have conversations, recommendations and tech bar support with Telstra consultants, in order to satisfy their needs about product and services.
The whole store is powered by an ecosystem of Microsoft powered technologies (NFC, Heat Map, Beacons, Wifi, touch, mobile, Payment), that connects both the store staff and the customers in order to drive a better, more personal omni-channel experience.
